Our services are not just for “luxury” homes. In fact, our specialty is turning “ordinary” homes into extraordinary homes.

We begin all of our staging services with a complimentary in-person preview of your home. This is where we begin the process of determining how to best stage your home to provide the maximum return on your staging investment.  In most cases we are able to schedule your home staging, whether vacant or occupied , within one week of our initial consultation. 

 In vacant home staging, we provide everything your home needs to capture buyers’ hearts, from artwork to linens, from furniture to rugs, from lighting to décor. We select the furnishings for your home from our extensive inventory to form a cohesive design that will help buyers form an emotional connection to your home. 

We love working with the blank canvas that a vacant home provides because it allows us to fully execute our design vision, taking into consideration areas of your home that should be highlighted. 

We are happy to work with homeowners who choose to live in their homes during the selling process. We will assist you room-by-room in “depersonalizing” and decluttering your home. We will bring our creative and fresh ideas to reconfigure your current furnishings and décor items to create a home buyers won't forget. 

Our occupied home staging services are available starting at $250 for up to two hours of hands-on restyling and analysis of how to best stage your home for a top dollar sale.   We also have add-on packages available for those homes that could use additional art and décor to fully engage potential buyers.
